Entry Rules for Best Monthly Sales Presentation Contest

  1. The Media Audit Best Sales Presentation contest is a monthly contest open to all sales people whose media are current subscribers to The Media Audit market reports for their market.
    1. Entries can be a short story or presentation presented via Word, Word Perfect, a Spread Sheet format or Power Point.
    2. All entries must be based on current data from The Media Audit report for the entrants market.
    3. All presentations must be the work of the person submitting the entry.
  2. Each entry will be evaluated by a team of judges employed by The Media Audit.
  3. Criteria for sending in entries:
    1. Name of the person submitting the entry.
    2. Name of the client or prospect to whom the presentation was made.
    3. Past history of this client or prospect.
      1. New client or prospect; never placed any business with us during the past several years.
      2. Sporadic history; advertises with us occasionally but not often.
      3. Regularly advertises on our media.
    4. Brief description of events leading up to the sale and how the sale came about.
    5. Value of the sale expressed in either dollars or the schedule stated in the number of spots for radio and television or in number of insertions per week or number of weeks.
  4. Each monthly winner will get a $300 American Express gift card.
  5. A "Sales Presentation of the Year" award of a $1,000 American Express gift card will be given to the best submission of the 12 monthly winners.
  6. The contest period begins January, 2007 and runs through December, 2007.
